Employment relations

We advise clients on all matters relating to employment relations and employees. We will help prepare various employment documents, such as employment contracts, internal procedures (including data protection procedures), warnings and notices. We will advise you on the termination of employment contracts and help prepare relevant documents. We will also be there for you in employment disputes and represent you before the Labour Dispute Committee and in court.

In employment-related matters, we assist our clients in:

  • Preparing and supplementing internal documentation concerning work organisation
  • Drafting warnings
