NOVE attorney Laura Raadik specialises in company law and general contract law. Laura advises clients mainly on day-to-day corporate and contract law matters. Laura has helped clients to carry out restructurings, advised on the establishment of companies both in Estonia and abroad, drafted shareholders’ agreements, share purchase agreements and management board member agreements, advised on mergers, divisions and transformations.
Laura graduated cum laude from the Faculty of Law of the University of Tartu. During her studies, Laura improved her knowledge at the University of Vienna in Austria and at the University of Mannheim in Germany. During her studies abroad, Laura focused mainly on international trade law, arbitration, and the legal framework for e-commerce. Laura has also taken part in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot and the Estonian Moot Court Competition, where she won the award for the best memorandum with her team.
Before joining NOVE, Laura practiced in several Estonian law firms and completed an internship at the Civil Chamber of the Estonian Supreme Court.
