Heili Püümann has worked as a legal practitioner since 2013, when she started to work for the Law Office SORAINEN. In the Law Office SORAINEN she was a member of the Real Estate and Construction legal team and dealt with numerous different questions related to real estate, starting from disputes related to planning and building law and ending with transactions in the area of rental and sales of commercial units. Among other things, Heili has also participated in the performance of high-volume mergers and divisions and transactions related to the area of finance. Heili’s particular interest is formed by public building law, whereon Heili continued her education at the University of Konstanz in Germany.
In addition, Heili has worked as a teaching assistant at the University of Tartu where she assisted in the preparation of the subjects of corporate law as well as civil proceeding and in the present academic year she also provides building law tutorials to students. At the same time, Heili has also participated in scientific projects.
In the Advocate’s Law Office Nove, Heili is mainly focusing on corporate law projects, while being a strong asset to our competence in the resolution of disputes, especially in the areas of administrative law and public building law.
