Attorney-at-law Arsi Pavelts specializes in dispute resolution, representing clients both in judicial and extrajudicial proceedings. His main areas of activities include complex litigations concerning civil, commercial, bankruptcy and execution proceedings. He also has extensive experience in solving conflicts related to corporate, construction, transport law and intellectual property rights.
Protecting the interests of clients, he has participated in several court cases which have resulted as precedent cases in the Estonian legal field, representing large corporations, medium-sized companies as well as foreign clients.
Since 2005, Arsi has lectured at the University of Tartu Faculty of Law on the subjects of civil law, contract law and property law, he is also tutoring the graduating students in theses writing.
