On 21st of January 2022 NOVE’s counsel and an expert in civil law, Indrek Niklus, lectured the assistant judges of the land registry department of Tartu Country Court. Various legal issues arising from land readjustment activities and related to the land register were discussed. It was analyzed on the basis of which documents and what actions the land registry department must perform in the land register if the neighbors want to change the location of the property boundary between them or the owner wants to divide the immovable property.
Indrek is an experienced and valued training provider and has previously conducted refresher trainings for enforcement agents, trustees in bankruptcy and employees of notary offices. On a daily basis, Indrek advises NOVE’s lawyers on legal issues in various areas of civil law.
