IT and Cybersecurity expert Sten Tikerpe has joined NOVE

The areas of activity of the law firm NOVE have been extended with competence in the field of IT and cybersecurity. IT law expert Sten Tikerpe joined our team in January and will lead NOVE’s IT and Cybersecurity team.

Sten previously worked at the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications as Head of IT Law. He has extensive experience in advising, legislative drafting, as well as preparing legal analyzes in the fields of cyber security, IT development and intellectual property.

In addition to legal education and in order to better understand the needs of customers throughout the software development and administration lifecycle, Sten has also decided to further his technological education by undertaking MA studies in the Analysis and Design of Information Systems at Tallinn University of Technology.
