NOVE advised sale of 100% Mercurio OÜ shareholding to OneMed

NOVE partner Urmas Volens and lawyer Triin Tiru advised seller in a transaction, resulting in OneMed OÜ, one of the leading medical products distributors in Northern Europe, acquiring 100% ownership of Mercurio OÜ.

Mercurio operates in the Baltics mainly as a distributor of ResMed sleep apnea equipment and accessories since 2011 and has become the market leader in the industry due to its great effort and smart operating. Mercurio manages networked innovative medical data systems and medical devices web store Meditsiiniseadmed.ee. In addition to distributing ResMed equipment and accessories, Mercurio is also Baltic partner to Nox Medical, the world’s leading developer and manufacturer of respiratory diagnosis devices, and Nonin, the world’s leading developer and manufacturer of pulse oximetry equipment.
