On 4th of May NOVE’s attorney-at-law Maret Kruus conducted medical law training for the Prosecutor’s Office. The legal regulation and judicial practice on the provision of health services were discussed. Topics such as informing and obtaining patient consent, quality of treatment, documentation and data protection were also discussed. Recent judicial practice and changes in legislation were analyzed.
