NOVE’s head of Construction and Real Estate and attorney-at-law Kristjan Tamm, gave a lecture on 26.04.2022 at an online training organised by the Estonian Association of Architectural and Consulting Engineering Companies. Kristjan’s presentation gave an overview of the most disputed issues, analysed how to mitigate these risks with a contract and discussed the basis and scope of the designer’s liability. In addition to his legal education, Kristjan Tamm also holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and has worked as an engineer and manager in a construction and design company.
