Attorney Rainis Loit  specializes in dispute resolution in the fields of construction and real estate law, restructuring and bankruptcy law, as well as general contract law.

Rainis has worked as an advisor at the Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court, assisting judges in reviewing cases and preparing draft judgments in various areas of civil law, including restructuring, bankruptcy, enforcement proceedings, civil litigation, and obligations law. Additionally, he has worked at a law firm, assisting lawyers primarily in civil law disputes with document preparation and legal opinion drafting.

He has furthered his knowledge at the Summer School of European Private Law in Salzburg and has practiced at the Harju County Court and at law firms.
