It is a pleasure to announce that attorney Triin Tiru has joined NOVE. Triin advises clients mainly in transactions with real estate and in the field of mergers and acquisitions as well as with questions related to different agreements.

Before joining NOVE Triin worked at law firm Ellex Raidla where her practice areas were real estate, agreements and mergers & acquisitions (M&A). Triin has comprehensive experience in conducting legal due diligences and drafting respective sales agreements (especially in transactions with real estate), in lease agreements concerning commercial real estate and in drafting agreements that are necessary in clients’ day-to-day business. Triin has also gained knowledge and experience from Tallinn Circuit Court, Swedbank AS and from several other law firms.
Triin holds a Master’s degree from Faculty of Law of University of Tartu. She has also studied in Université Lille 2 Droit et Santé in France (Erasmus programme) and in University of Salzburg in Austria (summer university). Triin has represented University of Tartu in Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot competition and has later participated in the moot court competition as the coach of team of University of Tartu.
Since 2016 Triin has instructed contract law seminars in University of Tartu and participated in teaching a course that concentrates on mergers and acquisitions of companies. Further, Triin, as an assistant-expert, belongs to the workgroup that revises the Estonian commercial code to prepare new draft and explanatory note of the commercial code.
