On June 20, the last, third part of the Commented Edition of the Code of Civil Procedure was published. Many of the best experts in the field, including judges and lawyers, participated in the preparation of the third book. The third part of the Commented Edition of the Code of Civil Procedure contains commentaries on the provisions of non-contentious proceedings, commentaries on the appeal procedure in the District and the Supreme Court, as well as commentaries on the arbitration proceedings. Commentaries are structured as in the first two books. In addition, the third book includes a common keyword dictionary of all the books.
NOVE Partner and Associate Professor at the University of Tartu, Faculty of Civil Law, Urmas Volens participated with Vaike Murumets and Tiina Mikk in drafting comments to the chapter 57 regarding the implementation of measures for the management of the estate. Partner Arsi Pavelts was co-author to the chapter 64 „Appeal procedure“ and Heili Püümann participated in drafting the comments to the chapter 55 „Application of protection order and other similar measures for the protection of personal rights“.
