The Estonian Bar Association published an interview with NOVE’s attorney-at-law and partner Mari Past in its series “Women at the top of law firms”. Among other things, Mari talks about her journey to partnership and what choices she would recommend to women who are starting their careers in law firms today to advance their careers and realise their potential.
