The NOVE team is glad to announce that Madis, a legal assistant, has joined our team. Madis started at NOVE as a trainee and after a successful practical training will continue as a member of our team, assisting attorneys in their daily work. Madis’ main areas of interests are dispute resolution, corporate law and construction law.
Madis is obtaining a master’s degree in the Faculty of Law at the University of Tartu and the topic of his master’s thesis is „Liability of the guarantee beneficiary in the case of the guarantee beneficiary knowingly being in breach of the regulation on lending prohibition when receiving the guarantee“.
In addition to law, Madis is dedicated to ballroom dancing. He is a nine-time Estonian champion in standard dances and is currently 4th in the world in the adult age group.
