On 27th of November of 2018 NOVE received the quality management certificate of the Estonian Bar Association. The certificate recognises the high standard of the services of law firm and implementation of important procedures for ensuring compliance with the standards of provision of legal servises. The goal of the Quality management certificate is to improve the standard of services of law firms, the three key areas to be addressed for providing services to clients are: correct management and administration of the law firm; creation of a working environment facilitating the provision of high-quality legal consultation, innovative service solutions and sustainable development, establishment and preservation of appropriate client relations.
