Attorneys-at-law and construction law experts Kristjan Tamm and Veiko Vaske contributed to the renewal of Tallinn’s most modern shopping centre T1 by advising Tallinna Ehitustrust OÜ on drafting a large-scale construction and design management contract. The contract was complicated in particular by the need to ensure flexibility in the processes as the shopping centre should be kept open and the customer and the tenants can change their instructions during the work.
