NOVE attorneys-at-law Veiko Vaske and Kristjan Tamm advised Estonian transmission system operator Elering AS in the process of entering into contract with Siemens Energy for the construction of three synchronous condensers ensuring the frequency stability of the power grid at Viru, Püssi and Kiisa 330 kV main substations.
