Attorney Karolyn Krillo has joined NOVE team. Karolyn specializes in resolving civil disputes and advising on transactions in the fields of real estate, construction, insurance, commercial law and the law of obligations.
Karolyn has worked as an counsel in the Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court of Estonia and as an advisor-lawyer in the Civil Chamber of the Tallinn Circuit Court, assisting judges in reviewing cases and preparing draft court decisions in various areas of civil law.
According to partner Kristjan Tamm, the NOVE civil dispute resolution team has gained significant added value with Karolyn joining: “Karolyn’s long-term experience working in the court system, including the Supreme Court, further strengthens our team’s competence in resolving complex disputes and assessing potential dispute risks at an early stage. In addition to law, Karolyn also holds a master’s degree in economics, which means she has the knowledge to link legal arguments with the client’s business interests and risks.”
