Madis started at NOVE as a trainee and after a successful  practical training will continue as a member of our team, assisting attorneys in their daily work. Madis\u2019 main areas of interests are dispute resolution, corporate law and construction law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Madis is obtaining a master&#8217;s degree in the Faculty of Law at the University of Tartu and the topic of his master&#8217;s thesis is \u201e<em>Liability of the guarantee beneficiary in the case of the guarantee beneficiary knowingly being in breach of the regulation on lending prohibition when receiving the guarantee<\/em>\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to law, Madis is dedicated to ballroom dancing.
