The lecture covered the court decisions of the circuit courts published since 2019, concerning the work and practice of the land register. Various legal problems related to the entry of a preliminary notation in the land register were analyzed. For example, it was analyzed whether the notation concerning&nbsp;extension of deadline could also be added to the entered preliminary notation and in what form&nbsp;the extension of usufruct established during the land reform&nbsp;or&nbsp;the deletion of the mortgages entered in the land register to secure the claims of the Estonian Tax and Customs Board should take place.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On 12th of November 2021 NOVE\u2019s counsel Indrek Niklus lectured members of the Estonian Chamber of Bailiffs and Trustees in Bankruptcy on the latest practice of the land register.
