At 33 years old, Mart is among the rising stars of the Estonian legal scene, the first of whom are taking leading positions in the market. NOVE&#8217;s existing partners are excited to integrate the skills and vision of this courageous and highly proven top specialist into the day-to-day management of the firm<\/em>,&#8221; comments Tamm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mart Parind sees being made a partner as a stopover on a journey that is just beginning. \u201c<em>Of course, I am extremely pleased that the NOVE\u2019s management has rewarded my hard work in this way, but I feel that the real journey is just beginning. The responsibility associated with managing a law firm that aims to be the absolute top of the Estonian legal market in its fields is not an easy one. However, I have the will, the energy and the ideas to maintain NOVE\u2019s current market position and take it forward<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mart Parind joined NOVE in 2022 from his position as a judge at the Public Procurement Review Committee. He also leads the firm&#8217;s public procurement practice at NOVE, which has risen to the top of the market. In addition, as one of Estonia&#8217;s best-known and most respected sports lawyers and a recognized advisor on European Union issues, Mart also leads NOVE&#8217;s sports and European law practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NOVE is a law firm that was ranked 3rd in \u00c4rip\u00e4ev&#8217;s TOP of law firms in 2024 and is highly ranked by international legal directories.
